A 7-day-old girl presented to Advanced Eye Centre, PGIMER, Chandigarh, for surgical treatment of cleft lip and palate and bilateral fine skin tags connecting both eyelids (A, arrows). Immediately after excision (B), eye opening was complete and there was no hemorrhage.
