A 27-year-old woman presented with a large, mobile foreign body on her bulbar conjunctiva. (Panel A) It fell off spontaneously and was found to be a leech. A localized subconjunctival hemorrhage resolved over the following weeks. (Panel B) Visual acuity was unaffected. She was treated with topical chloramphenicol, with no long-term sequelae.
