History
A 24 year old female complained of a headache with a fainting episode. After waking from the fainting episode, the patient had a central scotoma in the right eye which lasted 24 hours,resolved, but returned 1 week later. Medical history was unremarkable. The patient was on an oral contraceptive pill.
