History | The patient is a 39 year old Hispanic man with decreased vision in his left eye for one year. An outside ophthalmologist told him he had a corneal dystrophy, worse in the left eye. He denies any other ophthalmic history. He makes frequent visits to Mexico. He states his spouse and family are healthy.
PMHx: Unknown
Meds: Rifampin 600 mg po qd and minocycline 50 mg po qd.
SHx: Non contributory | |
