History
The patient is a 60-year-old man who was seen in consultation because of a progressive ulcerated eyelid tumor of 18 months duration.
PMHx:
Chronic cough
Meds:
None
SHx:
Heavy smoker for several years. He was a rural worker since youth FROM the northeast of Argentina.
