History
The patient is a 68 year old white male who presents complaining of mild to moderate headache along with left orbital fullness. His symptoms started gradually over a period of a few months.

PMHx: Longstanding renal failure, chronic sinusitis, coronary artery disease, hypertension, coronary bypass surgery 2 years earlier
Meds: Non-contributory
SHx: Non-contributory
FHx: Non-contributory
