45 year old lady who complained of decreased vision OS of one year duration after cataract surgery

History
The patient, a 45 year old district nurse, complained of poor vision of the left eye for a year. She had uncomplicated left cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation done in a different centre one year ago. Ever since the surgery she had been treated with dexamethasone eye drops 6 times a day and timolol drops 0.5% twice a day. In addition a left YAG laser capsulotomy was done 4 months ago in that centre. Besides the above there was no significant past ocular history.

PMHx: Non-contributory
Meds: As above
SHx: Non contributory
