The patient is a 77 year old woman who was seen in the optometry clinic for follow-up of aphakic contact lens use.

POHx: Bilateral intracapsular cataract extraction 25 years ago. PMMA contact lens user since 1972
PMHx: Non-Contributory
Meds: Motrin
SHx: Non-contributory
