History
The patient is a 24 year old white female who had complaints of left eye photophobia and "blurry vision" for several days. After being diagnosed with left anterior uveitis with hypopyon, she was treated with topical Pred Forte and one subconjunctival injection of Celestone. When she did not improve, she was referred to the Uveitis Service at the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary.

POHx: None
PMHx:Three years prior to presentation, the patient was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia for with she was treated with chemotherapy and radiation
Meds: Pred Forte 1% OS qid
SHx: Non-contributory
FHx: Non-contributory
