| History | A 44 year old man was referred to the Oculoplastic Surgery Service for evaluation of an orbital mass. One year prior to presentation he was treated by his primary care physician for sinusitis. After experiencing repeated episodes of sinusitis he was referred to otolaryngology. A CT scan, obtained to evaluate the sinuses, incidentally revealed a mass in the left orbit. He denied change in vision, diploplia, or eye pain.
