Differential Diagnosis
The differential diagnosis of similar chorioretinal lesions includes primary ocular histoplasmosis syndrome, birdshot chorioretinopathy, multiple evanescent white dot syndrome, punctate inner choroidopathy, sarcoidosis, syphilis, lyme disease, miliary tuberculosis, intraocular lymphoma, herpes virus infection, inflammatory bowel disease and outer retinal toxoplasmosis.
