History
A 20-year-old man presented for consultation to the Institute of Ophthalmology in Mexico City, complaining of tenderness and persistent swelling in his right upper lid (RUL). His symptoms started two months prior to presentation when the patient felt a stinging sensation while doing agricultural work. No improvement was noted with warm compresses and topical antibiotic ointment.
