Treatment | Because of advanced glaucoma with uncontrolled IOP despite maximal medical therapy, the patient eventually underwent aqueous drainage device implantation (Aurolab, Madurai, India; see Figure 6). Laser peripheral iridotomy (LPI) in the left eye reversed the posterior bowing of the peripheral iris. | |
