History
A 24-year-old woman presented at the Al Zahra Eye Hospital, Zahedan, Iran, with sudden-onset, painless vision loss in her left eye of 10 days’ duration. She described an obscuration in her vision like an oil droplet. There was no history of recent flulike syndromes or surgery. She reported no medications. Family history was negative for a similar condition.
