History
Patient is a 22 year old female who comes in for a routine eye exam. Her last full ophthalmic exam including dilation was two years ago which was found to be normal

PMH: None.
Meds: None.
Social Hx: Non smoker, 1-2 cans of beer a day
Family Hx: Grandmother with cervical cancer and first cousin with renal cysts
