| History | P. C. is a 25 year old man who complains of his left eye "swelling out" gradually over the past two months. The process is mildly painful. He denies visual blurring, diplopia, or a history of direct trauma. He was started on a course of oral antibiotics for presumed sinusitis which failed to halt or reverse the process.
