History
The patient is a 47 year-old man who presented for a routine eye exam. He had a history of laser photocoagulation in the right eye twenty years ago. There were no other ocular problems except for myopia, and he expressed an interest in laser photorefractive keratotomy. PMHx: none Meds: none SHx: Non contributory FHx: Non contributory
