| History | The patient is a 49 year old white male with a history of a right orbital mass for six months prior to presentation. The mass waxed and waned during this period. Subsequently, he developed a severe preseptal cellulitis for which he was admitted to another hospital for IV antibiotics. During this episode of cellulitis, the orbital mass became enlarged, and it remained enlarged after the cellulitis had resolved. The patient was referred for further evaluation.

PSHx: Appendectomy
