History
The patient is a 27 year old woman with a history of blurred vision in the left eye for 10 days and severe periorbital headache OS. She noted that the pain worsened somewhat with eye-movements. She had been diagnosed by her primary care provider as HAVING optic neuritis. The patient sought a second opinion at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary.

PMHx: Non-contributory
Meds: Ibuprofen
SHx: Non-contributory
