History
The patient is a 38 year old man who presented to the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary Emergency Ward two hours after being hit in the left eye with a pool cue. The patient complained of a severe headache.

PMHx: Depression
Meds: Zoloft
Allergies: no known drug allergies SHx: Non contributory
FHx: Non contributory
