History
53 year old black female presents complaining of "seeing blood" OU. She notes the symptoms started 4 weeks earlier when she awoke one morning. The symptoms have not worsened since that time. She denies any trauma, pain, or straining.

PMHx: Hypertension, sickle cell trait
Meds: Lopressor
SHx: Non contributory
FHx: Non contributory
