History
The patient is a 21 year old HIV+ white man with the chief complaint of "blurry vision" OD for one week. He denies any flashes, floaters, or pain. The patient related a history of a maculopapular and vesicular rash on the face and trunk three weeks prior to onset of his visual symptoms.

PMHx: HIV+, history of chickenpox in childhood
Meds: Non Contributory
SHx: Non contributory
FHx: Non contributory
