History
Patient is a 43 Y/O Vietnamese male who presented with a 3 day history of blurry vision in his right eye. He denied any previous episodes. He reported seeing a light brown circle around the center of objects. He denied metamorphopsia, scotomas, photopsia, floaters, pain, and redness. He denied any symptoms in his left eye. His occupation was being a chef. He denied any past medical or surgical history, and was not on any medications.
