History
18-year-old man was referred FROM a local hospital after being struck in the right eye with a tree branch while running through bushes in the dark. He reports pulling out a branch FROM the right orbit and noting a decrease in vision OD. He denies systemic or neurological complaints.

POHx: negative
PMHx: asthma
Meds: Ventolin inhaler
SHx: Non-contributory
FHx: Non-contributory
