| Treatment | | The patient was started on oral prednisone 100 mg qd. He returned 2 weeks later and reported decreased pain, improving vision, and decreasing diplopia. His examination showed a visual acuity of 20/25 OD (from 20/50), 3 mm of proptosis OD (from 7 mm), improving motility, decreased conjunctival injection, and decreasing choroidal effusions. | |
