History
The patient is a 34 year old man with a complaint of a dull ache around his left eye for two days. His past ocular history was remarkable only for similar episodes that resolved spontaneously.

POHx: None
PMHx: Non-contributory
Meds: acetominophen
SHx: Non-contributory
FHx: Non-contributory
