Differential Diagnosis
The differential diagnosis of chorioretinal folds includes hypotony, posterior scleritis, high hyperopia, nanophthalmos, choroidal tumor or detachment, orbital tumor, choroidal neovascular membrane, age-related macular degeneration, autoimmune diseases, optic disk swelling and idiopathic.(4,5)
